The kitchen will be left at guests' disposal to prepare meals independently, and therefore, the hob with pots, moka coffee makers, toaster, oven, microwave oven and electric kettle. Guests can set the tables inside or outside, in the gardens.

Dogs are welcome! The property is completely fenced and they will be able to roam freely, naturally under the watchful eye of their tenants. The daily rate is included in the price of the stay. Guests will obviously have the burden of eliminating any dog ​​excrement from the gardens of the house.

The prices are inclusive of cleaning costs. In case of rentals longer than seven days, a weekly change of linen for the beds and clean bath towels will be provided.

The hob, oven, microwave oven must be left clean before departure. The garbage must be disposed of with separate collection, using the special bins made available outside for paper, plastic, wet and unsorted. For glass bottles, the “green bells” (glass collection places) made available by the Municipality of Montaldo near the house must be used.

Casa Chiavassa reserves the right to ask guests for a security deposit on arrival up to the amount of € 300.00, which will be returned upon departure of the guests, minus the tourist taxes (mandatory) and except for any damage by guests.

General house rules

In​ general, barring unforeseen events which must be duly communicated by the guests or by Casa Chiavassa, the arrival and departure times are as follows:
check-in:  after 12.00 AM and before 9.00 PM
check-out: by 10.00 AM

Unfortunately, with the COVID-19 pandemic, the times for cleaning and consequent sanitization could lengthen, depending on the conditions in which we find the house after the departure of previous guests. In case, we apologize in advance for the inconvenience.

Smoking is not allowed inside the structure. Outside smokers are asked to use the ashtrays made available to them.

Events and parties are allowed as long as they do not disturb the neighborhood. However, we ask you to avoid noises and loud music after 11.00 PM and before 8.00 AM.

The owners decline any responsibility in case of accidents suffered by guests.

In the Municipality of Montaldo there are stringent regulations regarding waste separate collection: guests are required to observe these rules for the correct disposal of the waste they produce during their stay. In particular, they are required to use the containers made available to them correctly, dividing the materials to be recycled from the undifferentiated garbage and giving them directly to the individual containers that they will find as indicated upon arrival. All the rubbish must be disposed of before departure, in particular the glass, whose conferment to the municipal “green bells” is the responsibility of the guests.

At the time of check-out the house must be left tidy, as it was found: any chairs or other furniture that has been moved will have to be repositioned as on arrival.

In the kitchen, all the pots and dishes used must be cleaned before departure, as well as the hob and the oven.
