The refined fireplace, the wood-burning stove, the sink in gray Frabosa marble and the sideboard have been at the core of Casa Chiavassa’s kitchen since 1700 and speak of the habits and experiences of the past. The dining room

It is accessed from the kitchen and is a very bright room, with large windows overlooking the jasmine garden, ideal for spending free time or for dining on special occasions.

The entrance and the staircase

An imposing seventeenth-century wooden door leads into Casa Chiavassa. Entering the house you will feel the elegant and refined atmosphere that speaks of the history of the house. The entrance is colored in warm tones through the original terracotta flooring from the 1700s.

Going up the gray Frabosa marble staircase flanked by elegant wooden handrails you enter the intermediate floor with access to the roof garden and the toilets.

The landing of the library

A small corner of culture is accessed by climbing the gray Frabosa marble staircase. The landing leads to the salon and the master bedroom and is furnished with a dark wood bookcase in which ancient and contemporary books are kept that guests may enjoy during their stay at Casa Chiavassa.

The landing has a lovely balcony that grants a characteristic view of the church and the central square of Montaldo Roero.
